Laura Ahumada, front desk staff member, handled the administrative process for my car repair request from beginning to end. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, and cordial in providing an estimate until repairs were completed and vehicle was ready for pick. Guesstimated time for completion was 8/02/24. It was completed on that date. At the time of pick up, Laura thoroughly reviewed all completed repairs with me. All repairs appeared to be completed to my satisfaction. I will closely monitor any changes in the paint as time progresses. I highly recommend this shop for car repairs.

The team at Delaveaga was awesome! Laura in the office handled our car start to finish so efficiently with such a great attitude and the car was done earlier than anticipated. It looks beautiful and you can’t even tell that there was any damage. We also appreciate the fact that You returned the rental car for us end it saved a trip and asked trying to coordinate getting a ride to, and from. We will definitely use your shop again!

I wanted to wait answer this until I got the last part inadvertently missed in repair. They have ordered it. Communications great. Only downside-not their fault -were delays in getting parts. A repair estimated to take a week and a half took three weeks.

Laura at Delaveaga is amazing. So calm and such a great listener and communicator. She was helpful and called regularly. She also warned me that parts were delayed so she reset my expectations, then surprise! the parts came and my car was ready before the weekend! I love this place.
