about the project

60 seconds
can change everything

60secs.mentsh is a platform for encounters, dialog and understanding. A place that makes Jewish life in Europe visible as a natural and enriching part of our society.

Whether in family, work, sport or culture - we show the diversity and normality of everyday Jewish life. In short, one-minute documentaries, Jewish people introduce themselves. Authentic, surprising, thought-provoking and sometimes with a wink. But one thing above all: close.

From soccer coaches to entrepreneurs, from artists to students: our portraits provide insights into lives that are often not seen enough. They create closeness, break down prejudices and invite people to think for themselves.

Because Jewish life is here - in our midst. Time to get to know it.

For this we need your help. Film your own documentary, make your own movie. Show your life and what moves you in 60 seconds. You can find more information on how you can take part below.
